Sesame Honey Chicken
Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 15 Minutes Serves: 6
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes. (Roughly 1″ x 1″)
- In a large frying pan add the chicken and stock over a medium-high heat and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and cook until the chicken is almost cooked through.
- Pour in the honey and sesame seeds, stir well.
- Cook until all the liquid has gone and the chicken is a light golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy!
