Sesame Honey Chicken

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes. (Roughly 1″ x 1″)
  2. In a large frying pan add the chicken and stock over a medium-high heat and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and cook until the chicken is almost cooked through.
  3. Pour in the honey and sesame seeds, stir well.
  4. Cook until all the liquid has gone and the chicken is a light golden brown.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
