I was a bit worried about doing today’s workout as it is the one last week where my back had enough.

I have been taking things slow, reducing any weights, stretching, using my prickle pod, massage balls, and foam rolling in between moves and so far *touch wood* it seems to be holding out. It is still unhappy, but a bit better.

I am not doing all my exercises yet, just taking it slow and steady. I’m trying to listen to my body’s whispers for once! 😊
